Cake

Kein normaler Kuchen - nein Mikrowellenkuchen!!!
Not an ordinary cake - no microwave-cake!!!


Nachdem ich gestern mit Lea, die ja zur Zeit in China ist, telefoniert hab (Skype ist einfach genial!!!!), hatte ich Lust, was zu backen. Sie hat mir ein bisschen von ihrem Leben dort erzählt und auch erwähnt, dass sie keinen Backofen hat und sie deshalb mal Mikrowellenkuchen probiert haben, sie und ihre Mitbewohnerin. Nun ja, es sollte ja eigentlich meine Beschäftigung für Montag werden, aber dann hab ich mir heute die Rezepte angeschaut und gedacht, das bisschen mit einem Ei und 2 EL Zucker und solchen minikleinen Angaben, das könnte ich jetzt auch probieren. Ich hab auch Cathy mal gefragt, ob sie jemals schonmal davon gehört hat und sie meinte, dass sie zwar von gehört hat, aber es noch nicht selber ausprobiert hat, sie das aber gerne mal sehen würde.
Gut, also hab ich einfach mal gemacht ;)

After I was talking to Lea who is in China right now yesterday (the person who invented skype is my hero!!!) I wanted to make a cake or something like that. She told me a little bit about her life over there and mentioned that she and her friend she's sharing the appartment wiht do not have a stove so they made this microwave cake which actually worked after several tries ;)
Well - it was supposed to keep me busy on monday when I'm home alone again but then I was looking up some recipes on the internet and I thought since it only takes like one egg and a tbs of sugar and tiny things like that I should just try it right now. I also asked Cathy if she had heard of it before and she told me that she had but never tried it herself. So she also was curious what it looked and tasted like.
So I just tried it :)
